It all begins with the sturdy foundation of a GM-licensed GMT-900 chassis, the core of your modernized classic truck. Our expert fabricators then step in, weaving their magic as they retrofit it to perfectly align with your selected year and model of C/K truck, along with your preferred drivetrain.
Step 1B
Body Fabrication
Our seasoned experts carefully handpick the finest bodies and cabs available. Stripped down to bare metal, they undergo meticulous metalwork to achieve a fit and finish that surpasses the originals. Then, brand new body panels are skillfully installed and refined for a seamless fit.
Step 2A
Body & Paint
Our skilled team of paint and body technicians prime, sand, and bodywork your truck to achieve the utmost quality. Every gap is carefully measured for precision, and the body panels are expertly smoothed and prepped for painting, resulting in a lustrous, mirror-like finish. For added protection and heat management, we apply Raptor Liner to the underside of both the cab and bed.
Stage 2B
Chassis Coating
Prior to assembly, the chassis is prepped, powder coated, and allowed time to fully cure.
Step 3
Chassis Assembly
With the chassis prepped and coated, it’s time for assembly. Your chosen drivetrain, suspension, and brakes are expertly installed, while the body takes its rightful place atop the sturdy frame.
Step 4
Final Assembly
Now comes the fun part – bringing your vision to life! From electrical components to upholstery, every detail is installed with care, making this truck undeniably yours.

Road Testing & Tuning
